San Mateo Superior Court-- $439,800 Judgment

The Judge wrote in the Statement of Decision:
“when the court considers [the CEO Family] use of camera on the fencepost, the disrespectful treatment of [the client] and her construction workers, the constant harassment of [the Client] by email, and their constant e-mail complaints to the City of Burlingame, along with the observed hostility of [the CEO Family] in open court, and the effort to buy the property from [the Clients], it appears to this Court that [the CEO Family's] hostile behavior is ... a product of racism toward these Chinese immigrants.”
